I started drum lessons with Nick about 3 months ago. His enthusiasm for teaching and percussion was apparent at my first lesson. I had zero experience playing the drums. Nick has strong interpersonal skills and we quickly developed a rapport which helped create a comfortable learning environment for me. He has demonstrated an ability to adapt to my learning style and level of ability. He has shown a lot of patience while at the same time challenging me at comfortable pace. I can model form Nick's obvious high level of skill. I have put my own kids through music lessons and I can tell that Nick is very good with kids. I am surprised at how far I have progressed in 3 short months. I am able to rock with my favorite music at this point. Nick provided me with an electronic drum rental to start which is great because it has volume control ! :D I highly recommend Nick. 

After only a few lessons with Nick I have noticed much improvement in my technique, speed, and comprehension in reading music. Nick is very accomplished in percussion and yet one of the most down to earth person you will ever meet!

I'm so lucky to meet such a nice teacher as a new foreigner student and a drum lover.

Nick is a fabulous teacher and great with kids. He is patient and fun. It is amazing how much my boys accomplish each session. I highly, highly recommend Nick to any parents looking for serious (and fun) music lessons for their children.
